Senior Applied Researcher
As a Senior Applied Researcher at eBay, I spearhead the creation of innovative solutions that leverage machine learning and massive listings data to uncover the query intent behind user searches, significantly improving the recall and relevance of our search results.
I am currently working on projects to improve related searches, recall of listings for queries with low recall & building tools to scale and accelerate experimentation.
Software Engineering Manager
I managed and mentored a team of 13 engineers responsible for the development and maintenance of the LinkedIn Clients (EG Corpus) and Core Database tracks for LIquid, the in-memory distributed Graph database powering LinkedIn’s Economic Graph.
I orchestrated a comprehensive client acquisition strategy that achieved an increase in our client base, encompassing the seamless migration of legacy clients and the integration of new clients.
As a passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity, I also worked as an Office co-lead for Women@LinkedIn and promoted collaboration with Universities to promote Women in STEM.
